Leasing Forms
All potential tenants must fill out an application. If you do not meet our requirements for approval (see below), please have a sponsor/parent fill out the online Sponsor application. Joiner and Associates can not approve a potential tenant until a qualified tenant or sponsor is submitted. If a sponsor is required, the application fee is $40. That fee covers both background checks. Payment must be received before application can be processed. Application fees are non-refundable.
Approval Criteria for Leasing with Joiner and Associates:
Minimum Classic Credit Score of 625
Minimum net income three times the rental amount
Cleared and verified background check
Verified employment and references
