Setup Direct Debit
We are happy to announce that we now have the capability of direct debiting your account for rental payments. No more wasting stamps mailing a check or having to deal with rush hour traffic to drop it off at our office. No more late fees. On the first of every month, we can automatically deduct your rental payment from your bank account.
There is no charge for this new feature. If you would like to set up direct debit, please print out and complete the below "authorization agreement for preauthorized payments" form and return it to our office with a voided check from whichever account you would like debited each month.
