Our People
Hank Joiner has been in the Real Estate business in Athens for more than 25 years and has been active in property management for much of that time. His specialty is in residential and office management and sales of income property. He is available to talk with the property owner and answer any questions in order to help you make your transition to Joiner and Associates a smooth one. Hank also coordinates the maintenance, leasing, accounting and office procedures, and owner correspondence with new and existing owners.
Emily Cropp, Our leasing manager joined the team in September of 2010. She has brought with her years of marketing experience as well as a great love of Athens. She strives to share her joy in our company and our rental properties with each new tenant. She is also reponsible for our marketing, both in print and online, and is constantly searching for greater ways to get the name Joiner and Associates out there in the public.
Vicki Christopher Joiner, Our HR manager and leasing agent is the newest member of our team. She brings with her years of experience with the "major players" of Athens. She is an essential part of our team and is bringing great new ideas and focus to our buisness.
